A link can carry a parameter such as a set, a collection, an edition or a category. Showing it here is not the same as filtering this page: unless a matching record exists here, nothing is selected and nothing is filtered.

How it works

From delivery to a continuing record

  1. Receive your set

Your permanent number and private claim credential travel with the physical product. Numbers are not chosen at checkout.

  2. Claim, rather than register

Enter the number, the private credential and your details. A matching unclaimed factory record is locked to you once.

  3. Continue the story

View the real tile photographs and choose your privacy. A brand-reviewed transfer changes the current owner, leaving the historical record intact.

Online services are not connected yetOnline registry and club services are not connected yet. No claim, transfer, event booking or funding payment is completed from these preview interfaces.
The five tools

What you can do here

Each tool opens on its own page. Nothing here changes a set that has not been claimed.

Tile photo archive

The record

The photographs of your particular tiles, taken before shipping and filed against your number.

  • Every slot photographed
  • Filed by number, not by date
03

Warranty & service

Care

Use your set record when requesting support, so a replacement matches the grain you own.

  • Looked after by number
  • Policy status is not finalised
04

Transfer ownership

Handing on

A reviewed change of hands that carries the number and keeps the history continuous.

  • Reviewed by the brand
  • The original claim remains visible

Records whose owners chose to be visible, and the path to a non-binding enquiry.

Before you claim

Find the number and credential first Both travel with the physical set. The number is on the material supplied with it; the credential is separate and is what proves the right to claim.
Claim the set you actually have A set bought second-hand and never claimed can be claimed by its new owner, using the credential that came with it. The record begins there, not from manufacture.
One number cannot be claimed twice If the number is already claimed, the tool will say so and point you at a reviewed transfer instead.
