How it is published

From email to listing

  1. The club sends the month

By email to the club’s brand contact, with the fields listed above. Nothing is uploaded by the club itself.

  2. The brand checks the details

Title, time zone, venue and fee are verified before publication. An entry missing a time zone is not published.

  3. The calendar is previewed

The activity is checked as a player would see it, including whether the free-or-feeed line is unambiguous.

  4. It appears in the schedule

The activity joins the upcoming activities list, where a participation request can be sent.
